Responsibilities

HazTek is looking for an experienced Energy Marshall near Hutto, TX. Help support specific project needs and ensure that best practices are implemented, safety compliance requirements are met, and an improved safety culture and performance is delivered.

 

  • Oversee all aspects of a complex electrical structures and construction project ensuring OSHA compliance
  • Proven ability to interact with teams and implement improvements
  • Attend safety department and management meetings, training workshops, and daily activity briefings
  • Ensures process is established that verifies qualifications, training, and PPE of personnel performing the work.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7+ years of direct safety experience in electrical construction
  • NFPA 70e certification required
  • OSHA 30 and First Aid/CPR certified
  • Bachelor's degree in a safety related field preferred 
  • Experience working a data center build, or similar environment 
  • Experience driving assurance around energy isolation and contractor lockout/tagout (LOTO) compliance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills

Pay Range

$100,000 - $125,000

Travel | Relocation

Travel and or Relocation will be considered
